How to clean a WhatsApp contact list before outreach (duplicates + formatting)

Most outreach problems come from dirty data. If you clean your list first, you reduce repeated messaging, bad segmentation, and wasted agent time.
Simple SOP
- Normalize number format (country code, no extra characters).
- Remove duplicates (one number = one row).

- Export valid vs non-active segments separately.
