WhatsPro Turbo Filter is designed for list cleaning and validation workflows. It must not be used to spam, harass, scam, or defraud people. If you use the Software to contact people without a lawful basis or consent, you may be violating laws and platform rules, and you assume full responsibility.

These Terms are intended to set clear boundaries and protect our business from misuse. They do not grant you permission to break the law.

1) Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WhatsPro Turbo Filter (the “Software”) and/or the website that links to these Terms (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

We do not provide you with phone-number databases. The Software works on data you provide. The ethical and lawful use of that data is your responsibility.

After payment verification, we provide access details (download link and license/activation steps) through WhatsApp or the contact methods shown on this website.

Activation may require device identification and verification for licensing/security purposes.

8) Payments & refunds

Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the specific issue and time since purchase. Where permitted by law, refunds may be denied for misuse, policy violations, or once the product has been delivered/activated.

9) No guarantees; platform risk

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, deliverability, response rates, or platform acceptance. Results depend on your data quality, compliance, devices, accounts, and environment.

Messaging platforms may limit, suspend, or ban accounts for violations (including spam). You assume all risks related to your use, including any account restrictions imposed by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the extent we are liable in any situation, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Software for abusive/illegal activity, or engaged in fraud/chargebacks. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where local mandatory consumer laws apply, those mandatory provisions will still apply.
